Located directly across the street from the Irvine Spectrum®, the 100 Spectrum Center Drive building is currently owned and operate by the Irvine Company.

This 24,200 square foot location offers 9th floor views, 87 private offices, 3 serviced meeting rooms, an on-demand office, and a relaxing common area lounge – all with an on-site hospitality staff.
